Add your signature

Draw with a mouse, finger or stylus. Then click the PDF to place it.

A drawn signature is a visual mark, not a certificate-backed digital signature.

Export your document

Enter page numbers in the order you want. Export a range to split or extract pages.

PDF export keeps original text and vectors where supported. Form fields and new markup are flattened. Bookmarks, links, attachments and original annotations / review threads are not carried into the new document.

A quick guide to PDF Desk

  1. Open a PDF, or add JPG / PNG images as pages.
  2. Select a tool. Click to add text, a check, image or signature. Drag to draw, highlight or add a box.
  3. Use Select to move your added objects. Change text, color or size in the Edit panel. Delete removes the selected addition.
  4. Use page controls to rotate, reorder, duplicate or delete. Add files to merge them.
  5. Fill supported form fields in Forms. Download PDF when finished.

Save before leaving. Work lives in this tab and is cleared when it closes or reloads. Keep your original file.

Text additions do not rewrite existing paragraphs. No OCR, secure redaction, password protection, Office conversion, or digital signature validation. Password-protected, XFA and digitally signed PDFs are not accepted for editing.

Export creates a new PDF with flattened form entries and markup. Original bookmarks, interactive links, attachments and annotations / review threads are not retained. On iPhone, use the download's Share menu to Save to Files.

Recommended for everyday documents up to 40 MB per file, 80 MB total and 200 pages. Complex drawings or large scans may need a desktop browser.
